How Long does a typical order take?
Some items take longer than others. Items labeled Quick Ship will ship within 72 hours. Items labeled Made to Order take approximately 5-7 business days to ship.
If I have an event date, how can I be assured that I will receive the order in time?
Not a problem! We always try to accomodate event dates whenever possible. Place your order and select your in-hands date in the Shipping Options step. We will notify you if your order cannot meet the requested date.
What is a quick ship item?
Quick ship items are items that we keep in stock, available to send out quickly. If you order all quick ship items, your order will ship together in one shipment within 72 hours after it is placed. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Ship time is 1-2 days for most Illinois and Wisconsin locations.
How do I follow up on my order?
You will receive an order confirmation after your order has been placed and a tracking number via email when it ships. You can always email our customer service team, or call 888-957-7223. To check on an order you have placed, we enjoy hearing from customers and will give you a timely response!
Can I have my order invoiced?
If you would like to be granted invoicing privileges please email us. This will give you invoicing privileges to this website, there is not a separate website for this function.
What is a Made to Order item and how quickly will my item ship?
In order to save you money on freight, the items will ship together within the 3-5 day time frame. If your Quick Ship items are needed sooner, it would be best to place two separate orders. Your will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Ship time is 1-2 days for most Illinois and Wisconsin locations.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges if the items didn't meet the customer's expectation within 30 days of product arrival. Please see the Returns Policy page for instructions.
I would like to have the items in my order mailed individually. Is this possible?
For orders that you would like drop shipped to different addresses email us to place a special order.
If my order contains both a Made to Order and a Quick Ship item, when will it ship?

How do I know my size?
Every item has a size chart in the product images that is unique to the measurements of that item. Please reference the size chart before purchasing.

How do gift certificates work and can I email them?
You can purchase gift cards on the online store here. Enter the recipients email address and they will be emailed their unique gift certificate code. If you have a large amount of gift certificates you can email us. We will then manually create the gift certificate codes and treat it as a special order. There are no fees associated with any gift certificate orders.
